RELAXED precision gate (deliberate, unlike the ≤50 pc layer's σ_d/d<1%): parallax > 3σ only, the per-star distance σ carried; 522 rows without a usable parallax excluded, never placed at an invented distance; deduplicated by source_id against the ≤50 pc layer (1656) and positionally against curated stars + exoplanet hosts. Positions are REAL positions at the simulated instant, not the sky as seen from Earth: each catalogue position is displaced along the star's own measured velocity by (J2000 − catalogue epoch) PLUS the light-travel time d/c, since a catalogue records where a star APPEARED. A star with no measured motion is not displaced at all.
