Large-scale structure — flow-convergence region. cz = 4350 km/s → z = 0.01451; comoving distance MODELLED from z (flat ΛCDM, Planck 2018: H0 67.7, Ωm 0.31) → ~64 Mpc — a comoving distance is where the object sits NOW in the model, not how far its light travelled, so dividing it by c does not give a light-travel time. Anchor: the paper's own fit, verbatim: "a great attractor centered on l = 307, b = 9 at a distance of Rm = 4350 ± 350 km/s" [Lynden-Bell et al. 1988]. Extent: excess mass ~5.4×10¹⁶ M☉ (the flow fit's value). The classical convergence of local peculiar-velocity flows, inferred from elliptical-galaxy streaming (the "seven samurai"). Modern cosmography resolves it as the Norma/Centaurus core of Laniakea. [Lynden-Bell et al. 1988]
