Synchronous (tidally locked) rotation from the IAU/NAIF Mean Earth/Polar Axis model: W = 38.3213° + 13.17635815°/day [NAIF pck00011.tpc; IAU WGCCRE, Archinal et al. 2011]. The sub-Earth longitude therefore stays near 0° at every epoch, and the ±~7° that remains is the real optical libration in longitude.
